#FemaleTechFounder – June event round up

It’s been a little while coming but here’s your round up of the last Female Tech Founder event before our summer break. Yes, we’re having a break but you can register for September’s event right here!

Thank you to everyone who attended and to our sterling host, Claire-Marie Boggiano (@CMBoggiano), director, Lurig Change Management. We had a fantastic time.

We were joined by Beckie Taylor (@rtaylor81), Co-founder and CEO, Tech Returners and Rosi Micallef Bremec (@rosibremec), founder, Focus2Scaleto discuss pinning down and tackling imposter syndrome and using data to leverage growth strategy for your startup.

Beckie recently won the coveted Transformational Leader award at the Northern Power Women Awards and has long inspired the community in her role spearheading Tech Returners, a company she founded to remove the barriers that returners of all ages, genders and life circumstances face after a career break.

The event kicked off with a Q&A discussion with Beckie and our audience was inspired to learn simple strategies for tackling imposter syndrome. Watch a video of her talk here.

After the all too short networking breakout, we heard from Rosi Bremec who shared her journey in starting Focus2Scale.

The company helps founders use data for user profiles, marketing analytics and product usage to identify power users.

Watch video of her talk here.

You can also catch up by listening to the podcast.
