Virtually Speaking Recap: Remote Working and Virtual Events

On Wednesday 17th June we hosted the fourth in the #VirtuallySpeaking event series from Assenty in response to the #COVID19 outbreak and the move to remote working for the majority of businesses.

We spoke to our community about the topics that were most important to them and this time we addressed remote work and running virtual events.

We invited along a panel of Marketing and Events specialists including Marketing Consultant (and Assenty’s own in-house marketing expert) Natalie Asprey (@_NAMarketing) Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, Event Industry News and Events Professional (@punchtownparry) and Event Professional and Project Manager Joseph Charlton who shared their experience of moving from in-person to online events, how the current lockdown restrictions are impacting events and what they think is next for how we consume and deliver events.
