On Wednesday 17th June we hosted the fourth in the #VirtuallySpeaking event series from Assenty in response to the #COVID19 outbreak and the move to remote working for the majority of businesses.
We spoke to our community about the topics that were most important to them and this time we addressed remote work and running virtual events.
We invited along a panel of Marketing and Events specialists including Marketing Consultant (and Assenty’s own in-house marketing expert) Natalie Asprey (@_NAMarketing) Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, Event Industry News and Events Professional (@punchtownparry) and Event Professional and Project Manager Joseph Charlton who shared their experience of moving from in-person to online events, how the current lockdown restrictions are impacting events and what they think is next for how we consume and deliver events.
The next Virtually Speaking will take place on 22nd July – keep an eye on our social media for booking details coming soon!
The conversation doesn’t have to end
Why not join the #VirtuallySpeaking community and keep in touch with the community, share tips and advice or just have a chat and keep each other company. We’d love to have you!
The Q&A also continues on Twitter and via our socially interactive Question Board, catch up with the questions from the sessions and read the answers direct from our panel
