May #FemaleTechFounder Night – What investors expect from a founder?

Hot on the heels of two back to back sold out events, #FemaleTechFounder Night returns to Federation House, Manchester on Tuesday 14 May, 6-8:30pm.

Tickets are limited but it’s free to attend, register here!

April’s event focussed on raising funding for your startup and this event continues on that theme: we will be kicking off with a Q&A panel discussion on what investors expect from a founder.

Speakers confirmed for this panel:

Naomi Timperley (@naomitimperley), Chair of investment platform Capital Pilot

Jessica Jackson (@jessandthehive), Investment Director at GC Angels

James Bedford (@jamesbedford140), Head of Investment Partnerships, Tech Nation

Please note: #FemaleTechFounder nights are not just for women! Anyone interested in the journey of turning ideas into products users enjoy is welcome. Sign up to attend!

We have a few speaker slots left. If you’d like to share your entrepreneurial journey, please get in touch by filling in this form.

Finally, we want your input on what to include in the panel discussions.

Please vote in this quick poll (no registration required) so that we can plan and put on the best possible event.

We also welcome your comments and feedback before, during and after the event.

If you’d like to post a question to our speakers, or perhaps make a suggestion about the format of the event, please submit your feedback for free on the question board.
